A Little History:
We began having this thing back in 2002 because Dave felt the need to cook. After such traditions as the Cassoulet Parties of prior years there needed to be something 'else'. What better than a pre-holiday party that included all of YOU. And besides, after Thanksgiving we're all so sick of turkey... we wanted to get you while you're still looking forward to it! The afternoons have traditionally been more convenient for those of you with kids, but feel free to come whenever it is convenient. We'll be here all day, and there will be plenty of food: traditional turkey and everything you want, on a sandwich, plus more... Dave always goes overboard. There is no need to bring anything but yourselves, but if you DO feel the need, wine is always a good bet, desserts are also welcomed! Oh, and don't tell Dave Corey anything about this NOT being a surprise 40th birthday party for him... that's the surprise.
Parking in Center City nearby:
Jefferson Neurology Parking Lot: Corner of 9th & Locust. This is a pretty reasonably priced lot, and only 1/2 block away.
Will's Eye Hospital Lot: Between Walnut & Locust on 9th, east side of street, just up from the lot listed above. Also a moderately priced lot.
Street Parking: It will be Saturday, so keep that in mind. Our neighborhood is notoriously difficult to park in. If you want to find street parking we suggest you look south of Spruce and Pine, between 6th - 10th Streets... parking is more plentiful the further south you go... but don't go as far as Oregon Ave or anything like that.

We are on 9th Street, between Locust and Spruce Streets, in Center City.
